About 40 minutes ago the surgical nurse came and told us Dani is doing well. She has now got her new mechanical mitro valve in. They will now be working on her aorta and she will also recieve a new mechanical aortic valve and a new aortic graft. So far our little hero is holding her own! Thank you all for all your prayers and support... Vel

Dani is a such a wonderful and amazing person! Zalia, Azelia, and I are all rooting for her! (I even recruited some friends and family for extra prayers!) The four of us have been very good friends since childhood. Whenever I tell my fiance about us, I always refer to us as the "Four Amigos." lol. Friends until the end!
ReplyDeleteI talked with Velma around 5:30 daylight savings and she said that they were in the final stages of the operation. We will post something more asap.
ReplyDeleteI've only gotten to talk with Dani once at camp, but her kind spirit immediately made me feel welcome with her! She's on all of our hearts, and in all of our prayers.
